Agentic AI development services

Agentic as a Service (AGaaS)

AI agents that run a business process end to end: they read what arrives, decide the next step and carry it out across your tools. Mt7 builds the agent, hosts it, watches it and keeps it working for a monthly fee, inside limits you set in writing.

Agents we build, run and answer for

Managed · monthly

An agent that runs the whole process, and a team that keeps it running

It reads what arrives, decides the next step and carries it out across your tools: the follow-up, the booking change, the overdue-invoice reminder, the Monday report. Nobody pushes it from step to step. We host it, watch it, and fix it when a tool it depends on changes, so you pay for work getting done rather than for a project someone then has to babysit.

  • What it may decide alone, and what goes to a person, agreed in writing first
  • A log of every action it took, and why, that you can read
  • Watched by us, with a person alerted when something fails
  • Your data stays yours, with a full export whenever you ask

Monthly, per agent, quoted from the process it runs and how much of it there is.

Or agentic AI development, handed over

If you would rather own the agent outright, we build it as a project and the code becomes yours on final payment, like any other build.

Managed is the better buy when:

  • The process runs every day and its rules change every few months
  • The work crosses tools that do not talk to each other
  • Nobody on your side has time to look after an agent at 2 a.m.

Either way, an agent that decides on its own needs rules it can follow. If your process runs on judgement calls, we will tell you during scoping, before you pay.

Examples, not case studies

The kind of work an agent can run

Lead follow-up

Replies to a new enquiry within minutes, asks the qualifying questions, books the call into your calendar and updates the CRM. If nobody answers, it follows up on the schedule you set.

Bookings and changes

Confirms, reschedules and cancels against real availability, tells the customer and your staff, and hands anything unusual to a person.

Invoice chasing

Reads what is overdue from your accounting tool, sends reminders on a schedule, records promises to pay, and passes disputes to a person instead of arguing.

The Monday report

Pulls the numbers from your tools, writes the summary, flags what moved, and sends it where your team already reads things.

How it starts

Three steps, and the limits come first

01

A scoping call

Twenty minutes on the process you want handed over. If an agent is the wrong answer, because the work runs on judgement calls or there is too little of it, we say so here, before you pay.

02

Limits in writing, then the build

We agree in writing what it decides alone and what goes to a person, then build it. You see it working in a demo video every Friday.

03

We run it

We host it, watch it and fix it when a tool it depends on changes. Your data stays yours, with a full export whenever you ask, and if you leave we hand it over with thirty days of service still running.

The AI that fronts LazyEat decides with you, then orders

Our own food platform. Its AI helps a customer decide what to eat and then places the order: a decision and an action, in one conversation.

An outbound calling agent

Pick a lead, place the call, and watch the transcript, the model's reply and the synthesised voice go back down the line in real time. Built as a technical assignment rather than for a client, so treat it as evidence the plumbing works, not as a case study.

What people ask about Agentic as a Service

What is Agentic as a Service (AGaaS)?

Agentic as a Service (AGaaS, also called Agents as a Service) is a cloud delivery model in which autonomous AI agents are provided as a managed service, running business processes, making decisions and carrying out multi-step work on their own. At Mt7 we build the agent, host it, watch it and keep it working for a monthly fee, inside limits you set in writing.

How is Agentic as a Service different from SaaS?

SaaS gives your team software to operate. Agentic as a Service gives you an agent that does the work itself, across the tools you already have, and a provider who keeps it running. You pay for the process getting done rather than for seats your staff then have to use.

How much does an AI agent decide on its own?

As much as you put in writing, and no more. Before it goes live we agree which decisions it makes alone and which go to a person, and it keeps a log of every action it takes. A process with clear rules suits an agent; one that runs on judgement calls usually does not, and we say so during scoping.

What does Agentic as a Service cost?

A monthly fee per agent, quoted in writing from the process it runs and how much of it there is. If you would rather own the agent outright, it is built as a project and quoted like any other build, and the code is yours on final payment.

Who owns the agent and the data?

On the managed service the agent's code stays ours and you hold a licence to use it while the plan runs, the same terms as any managed platform of ours. Your data, accounts, brand and content stay yours, you can export the data at any time, and if you leave we hand it over with thirty days of service still running.
