A hair- and skin-care store where every influencer code reports its own commission

01 / The situation

What they were up against

A new organic hair- and skin-care brand going online, with influencers as a main route to customers. It needed a store of its own, and a straight answer to which influencer brought in which orders — and what each is owed.

02 / What we built

What we shipped

A full store on the Mt7 platform: Hair Rituals and Skin Rituals with filters, search, cart and wishlist, customer accounts with Google sign-in and order history, coupons with limits and first-order rules, one code per influencer that shows its orders, revenue and commission, order and abandoned-cart emails, and a blog the team publishes from the admin panel. Mt7 hosts and maintains it; the domain, brand, content and customer data are BRK's.

03 / The hard part

What went wrong, and what we did

The build was never the slow part. The things only the owner can do — Razorpay's identity check, buying the domain, and supplying the brand kit — set the schedule, so the agreement starts the clock when the brand kit is complete rather than on signing. Saying so in writing kept a late start from turning into a late delivery.
